Integrated Accessibility Standards Policy

The integrated Accessibility Standards Policy has been written by Brian Cullen Motors Ltd. to increase accessibility for all persons. Brian Cullen Motors Ltd. will continue to increase accessibility needs to all persons with disabilities with employment opportunities, information and communication.

Policy Statement

Brian Cullen Motors is committed to providing an accessible working and learning environment for all employees, customers and visitors. Our policy will be reviewed on an ongoing basis. Brian Cullen Motors will ensure the core principles of dignity, independence, integration and equal opportunity as outlined in the AODA will be followed in all policies and procedures.

Communications

When communicating with a person with a disability all employees of Brian Cullen Motors will take into account the person’s disability. Brian Cullen Motors will continue to train all current and future employees on how to communicate with people with various types of disabilities.

Training

Brian Cullen Motors will continue to ensure we train all employees on the Accessibility of Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005. Brian Cullen Motors will keep records of all provided training.

Assistive Devices

Personal assistive devices are permitted in all areas of the dealership except where subject to operator safety and dealership integrity.

Service Animals

Persons with a disability who are accompanied by a service animal may access the premises owned and operated by Brian Cullen Motors where it does not affect dealership integrity.

Support Persons

Brian Cullen Motors welcomes all customers and visitors who are accompanied by a support person.

Service Disruption

In the event of a service disruption at the dealership affecting staff, customers and visitors we will take every reasonable step to report such disruption. The required information may include, time, date and location of the disruption, anticipated duration of the disruption, reason for the disruption, and contact information.

Feedback

Brian Cullen Motors welcomes all feedback about our services to persons with disabilities so we continue to make improvements where necessary. We will make every attempt to provide responses in the same format in which we received the feedback.
